Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are established based on Law No. 16 of 2001 concerning Foundations. By accessing, using our services, or participating in the activities of Yayasan Al Aaafiyah Indonesia, you are deemed to have agreed to all applicable provisions.

  1. Status and Purpose
    Yayasan Al Aaafiyah Indonesia is a legal entity operating in the social, religious, and humanitarian fields in accordance with the Foundation's Articles of Association. All our activities are directed towards achieving these objectives, not for profit distribution to foundation organs.
  2. Use of Assets
    Foundation assets (whether in the form of money, goods, or other assets) legally obtained are prohibited from being transferred or distributed directly or indirectly to Trustees, Executives, Supervisors, employees, or other parties with an interest in the Foundation, except for operational costs and legitimate activities.
  3. Business Activities
    To support the achievement of its objectives, the Foundation is permitted to establish business entities or make capital participation in other business entities (maximum 25% of the Foundation's total assets), provided that such business activities do not contradict the Foundation's purposes and objectives as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Prohibition of Concurrent Positions
    Members of the Board of Trustees, Board of Executives, and Board of Supervisors of Yayasan Al Aaafiyah Indonesia are prohibited from concurrently serving as members of the Board of Directors or management, as well as members of the Board of Commissioners or supervisory board in business entities owned or invested in by the Foundation.
  5. Legal Compliance
    Yayasan Al Aaafiyah Indonesia is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
  6. Changes to Terms
    The Foundation reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through official Foundation channels.

Refund Policy

This policy regulates refund requests for funds that have been disbursed or paid to Yayasan Al Aaafiyah Indonesia.

Donations / Contributions

All forms of donations, contributions, or alms that have been given to Yayasan Al Aaafiyah Indonesia are final and non-refundable. This is in accordance with the principle of foundation asset management intended for social, religious, and humanitarian interests, as well as the prohibition of asset distribution to certain parties.

Paid Activities (Events / Training)

For activities that require participation fees (such as seminars, training, or religious gatherings):

  • Cancellation by Participant: Registration fees that have been paid cannot be refunded if the participant cancels their participation.
  • Cancellation by Foundation: If the Foundation officially cancels the activity and there is no rescheduling, the registration fee will be refunded 100% (full refund) to the participant. Transfer fees will be borne by the Foundation.

Transfer Errors

If there is an error in the donation transfer amount, please immediately contact the Foundation\'s administrative team (maximum 7 × 24 hours) after the transfer for verification and adjustment.

Claim Procedure

For refunds due to activity cancellation by the Foundation, participants are required to send an official email to ask@alaaafiyah.id with proof of transfer and personal data attached.

Yes. The Foundation is permitted to establish business entities or invest (capital participation) in other business entities, with a total investment value not exceeding 25% of the Foundation's total assets, and must be in accordance with the Foundation's purposes and objectives.
Who are the governing bodies of Yayasan Al Aaafiyah Indonesia?
The Foundation has three main governing bodies:
  • Board of Trustees: Responsible for providing advice and direction.
  • Board of Executives: Responsible for managing the Foundation's activities and operations.
  • Board of Supervisors: Responsible for overseeing the performance of the Executives.

Can I become a member of Yayasan Al Aaafiyah Indonesia?
No. A Foundation is a legal entity that does not have members. Membership only exists within the Board of Trustees, Board of Executives, and Board of Supervisors who are appointed based on the Articles of Association. You can participate as a donor, volunteer, or activity participant.
